2. Wholesale Nature of Business

Business-to-Business (B2B): Distilleri Essential Oil Wholesale operates exclusively as a business-to-business supplier. By placing an order, the Customer represents and warrants that they are purchasing products for legitimate commercial resale or use, and not for personal, non-commercial use.

Minimum Order Requirements (MOQ): All orders are subject to any Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) or minimum purchase value specified on the product pages or at checkout. Orders that do not meet these minimums may be cancelled or adjusted by Distilleri Essential Oil Wholesale.

Pricing: All pricing displayed is wholesale pricing. Distilleri Essential Oil Wholesale reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

3. Order Placement and Acceptance

Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email signifies that we have received your order request. It does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

Acceptance: Distilleri Essential Oil Wholesale reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to the availability of products, errors in the description or price of the product, or error in your order.

Cancellation by Customer: Orders may only be cancelled by the Customer if a written request is received and acknowledged by Distilleri Essential Oil Wholesale before the order has been processed for shipping.

4. Payment Terms

Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex, or bank transfers.

Taxes and Duties: The Customer is responsible for all applicable sales, use, and excise taxes, and any other similar taxes, duties, and charges of any kind imposed by any governmental authority on any amounts payable by the Customer.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Method: Shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of checkout. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Distilleri Essential Oil Wholesale pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Inspection: The Customer must inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. Any claims for shortages, errors, or damage sustained in transit must be reported to Distilleri Essential Oil Wholesale within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of essential oil products, all sales are final, with exceptions only for product defects or shipping errors:

Defective or Incorrect Product: If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return or replacement at our expense.

Product Quality Disclaimer: Wholesale products are sold "as is." Distilleri Essential Oil Wholesale guarantees the purity and quality of its oils as specified, but cannot be held responsible for differences in scent or color resulting from natural variations in raw materials.

7. Intellectual Property

The website, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Distilleri Essential Oil Wholesale and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Distilleri Essential Oil Wholesale.8. Limitation of Liability
